Counseling for Children, Teens, Adults, and Families
Whether you’re seeking a safe space to explore your feelings, tools for managing transitions, or support in building stronger family bonds, we’re committed to guiding you every step of the way.
We believe healing and growth happen best in an environment that feels safe, rooted, and open to possibility.
Just like trees, people grow in many directions — and at different paces. We specialize in creating a safe, nurturing space where healing and growth can take root. Whether you're planting new roots, weathering a storm, or learning to fly, we’re here to support you and your family with compassion and care.
Using a blend of play therapy, individual counseling, family support, and advocacy, we empower clients to gain deeper insights, strengthen their emotional resilience, and discover new ways to thrive.
Where learning meets healing and growth begins.
My therapeutic style includes holistic psychotherapy, cultural competence, and empathetic understanding with unconditional positive regard to clients of all ages throughout the state of Georgia.
Play Therapy
An evidence-based approach integrating the therapeutic powers of play to enhance the emotional and mental functioning primarily for children aged 3-12 years old, but can be implemented for clients throughout the lifespan.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one support for children, teens and adults looking to explore anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and/or major life-stage transitions.
Family Therapy
Helping families strengthen connection, communication, and mutual understanding in the face of stress, change, and/or conflict.
Parenting Consultations
Collaborative sessions that support parents and caregivers with tools, insight, and confidence.
Advocacy for Neurodivergent Learners
We celebrate neurodiversity and partner with clients and families to navigate school systems, access resources, and build supportive environments to advocate for your individualized needs.
We believe therapy should feel like being in a well-built nest—safe, supportive, and made for growth. With evidence-based tools and a deeply compassionate approach, we meet you where you are and help you build the strength to grow, heal, and eventually take flight.
